The distillery incorporates Hobart's first specialised whisky bar, with over 100 Single Malt Whiskies to enjoy, as well as a tasting house and cellar door, for sampling Lark's own products. From Single Malt Whisky, Apple Schnapps, Bush Liqueur, Cherry Max and Pepperberry Vodka and Gin there something for everyone.
Lark "Guided Tasting Cellar Door Tours" give a fascinating education on the crafting of a premium Single Malt Whisky. Guests can see samples of barley and peat, as well as Lark's unique 500 litre copper pot still. With 4 samples of products, guests learn the art and science behind the passion of appreciating a good whisky.
